Spencer Russo
Spencer is the founder of Aether Airworks, a modern flight training company built around a simple idea: learning to fly should be focused, predictable, and sustainable.
A first-generation pilot, Spencer entered aviation after his active-duty service with the United States Marine Corps. As a Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII), he has worked with students at every stage of training, from first flights through advanced certificates, and has seen how traditional flight training models often create unnecessary stress, inconsistency, and financial uncertainty.
While completing his MBA at the University of Florida, Spencer began designing a better system. That vision became Aether Airworks.
Spencer's instructional philosophy centers on calm decision making, intentional practicem and respect for the responsibility that aviation demands. His mission is to modernize flight training by making it more accessible, more human, and worthy of trust students place in their instructors and aircraft.
