Help us build a better flight school

Aether Airworks is a small, owner-operated school at Keystone Heights Airport (42J), between Gainesville and Jacksonville. We run on memberships instead of surprise bills — which means predictable schedules for students, and for the people who work here.

Why Aether

Work that’s actually predictable

Flight schools are famous for feast-or-famine schedules. Our membership model was built to fix that — for students and for staff.

Consistent schedules

Members train on recurring slots, so instruction and operations time stays predictable week to week — not crammed into one chaotic Saturday.

An aircraft worth teaching in

Small team, real ownership

You’ll work directly with the owner, help shape how the school runs, and watch your ideas ship fast.

Open Positions

Current openings

When we’re hiring, roles are posted here with full details on responsibilities, experience, education, and pay.

No open positions right now — but we’re always glad to meet great instructors and dispatchers.
